• Should lead the project in terms of Civil construction activities.
• SPOC for all the Civil construction activities at site level(SPOC for the site activities with respect to all).
• Tracking on long lead items and make them delivery in time to reach site for achieving the timelines.
• Coordinate with all the relevant stakeholders at site level for smooth execution of works without deviation of safety and quality.
• Should ensure that all works are happening without deviation in quality.
• Driving the main contractor and ensuring that all the required resources arranged to get the job done.
• Conducting the meetings with contractor and providing the construction clearances.
• Ensuring that all the works are happening without deviation of client safety protocols.
• Time to time coordination with internal MEP team for better understanding smooth execution of works.
• Ensuring that all the materials are available and planned for deliveries as per the agreed project schedule timelines.
• Preparation of weekly reports and updating the status to project managers and internal management team.

Coordinate and Preparation of weekly reports with internal team and ensure that the reports are getting delivered to all stakeholders on time

• Project Manager with Civil background with fitout background experience.
• Person should have experience in C&I and who can lead the project in terms of all construction related.

• Leadership skills with managing site day to day activities with adherence to management goals.

• Will be part of team member and lead the construction activities.

• Candidate who can lead the site construction activities on day-to-day basis and ensuring that the works are getting executed in line with the approved drawings without any deviations and should coordinate with client on day to day basis.
