Senior Project Management Officer

NVIDIA is looking for a PMO for product engineering organization, responsible for supporting project management teams and leading cross-functional activities. The PMO will support execution of PE projects while aligning with project management priorities and constraints. NVIDIA is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer best-in-class solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables, and software to support networking technologies. What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage procurement processes, tracking BOM and monitoring material availability and delivery status.
• Define, implement and maintain project management methodologies, processes and tools.
• Develop and maintain work plan templates and management dashboard to ensure clear project visibility.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, subcontractors, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and business objectives
• Monitor and control schedules, milestones, risks and proactively escalate issues as required

What We Need To See:

• Practical engineer or B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in production and operation environments
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and initiatives
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Personal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills

• Proven experience in complex manufacturing environments
