A hands on engineer who will help support a semiconductor like research lab their equipment facilities operation department. This department supports the equipment and laboratories that researchers use to perform their experiments. Types of support in this roll will include; preventative maintenance scheduling, preventative maintenance documentation, equipment trouble shooting, equipment repair, equipment modifications, planning, preparing specifications, generating purchase requests, safety upgrades, spare parts inventory control, maintaining databases and creating summary power point presentations.

Required Skills:

1) Must be a leader and have project management skills.

2) Strong skills in excel, powerpoint and word.

3) Strong communications skills.

4) Design and sketching skills. (use of Autocad would be a plus).

5) Hands on skills. Can and WILL use hand tools, drill, soldering iron.

6) Knowledge of electric circuits / power wiring a plus.

7) Knowledge of exhaust systems a plus.

Looking for a well-rounded individual who has knowledge of air handling systems, electrical systems, exhaust systems and clean rooms.
