This is for a client of LinkTag.

LinkTag is focused on serving IT client resourcing needs by bridging the gaps using the competencies of recruiters in an virtual recruitment model in order to meet the demands of all - clients and recruiters.

Is Responsible to provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality. Mainly related to Quantity management and Harvesting and related modules
Makes own areas workshop plan for each phase which is synchronized by Solution Architect & Project Manager
Collaborates with customer project group to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.

Deliverables
Makes documentation of the business requirements FRD (which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected)
Makes FIT GAP Analysis Spread sheet and analyse/propose alternative standard solution to identified GAP
Configures the application to achieve the customer’s business requirements
Designs customization FDD-GAP and run unit test of customization
Conducts E2E integration tests and supports customer’s UAT
Trains customer resources to successfully use and maintain solution
Understands the key activities and deliverables of Sure Step and client engagement

• 5 + years AX responsible consulting experience and customer’s industry knowledge
• Hands on thorough understanding and expertise of Quantity management, Harvesting application / modules OR Purchasing, Logistics application/modules
• High degree of insight and analytical skill
• Team-oriented; willing to align work with team’s priorities and goals
• Able to influence, negotiate and build consensus
• Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
• Skilled in organizational change
• Clear and effective communication

Demonstrated ability to:
Analyse and understand business problems; Model data and processes; Conduct workshops and training sessions; Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing

Familiar and experienced in:
Core application functionality; Implementation Methodology; Application technology stack; Related Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft BizTalk Server.
