Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee complex program operations within a federal environment. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across a broad portfolio of technical, administrative, and program support functions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving execution, implementing process improvements, managing risk, and ensuring alignment with mission and contractual objectives. This position requires an active Secret security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage contract/task order execution in support of federal operational objectives
Oversee program and business management functions including planning, scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking
Develop and refine processes to improve operational efficiency and program delivery
Provide detailed milestone planning, scheduling, and reporting using Microsoft Project
Conduct workload assessments, level-of-effort analysis, and risk management activities
Collaborate with senior federal stakeholders to identify, plan, and implement initiatives that enhance organizational capabilities
Contribute to strategic planning efforts, operational reviews, and performance evaluations
Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, policies, and federal procedures
Recommend and implement systemic improvements to strengthen productivity, quality, and customer service standards
Oversee diverse support functions including data management, administrative operations, multimedia coordination, inventory oversight, technical screening, travel coordination, financial tracking, documentation management, and related program support activities
Required Qualifications
Active Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a technical, business, or managerial discipline
Minimum 15 years of relevant program or project management experience
Demonstrated experience managing programs within a federal or government environment
Strong knowledge of program management principles, contract execution, and business operations
Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and manage complex deliverables
Desired Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
