What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end execution of global programs, from planning through delivery and post-launch activities;

• Manage complex, multi-region projects ensuring alignment with strategic business goals;

• Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution of critical issues;

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables;

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management;

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, implementing strategies to minimize potential impact on delivery;

• Monitor program performance through data and metrics, driving informed decision-making and continuous optimization;

• Promote continuous improvement of program management processes, increasing efficiency and effectiveness;

• Ensure a strong customer-focused approach by applying knowledge of support processes and delivering high-quality solutions.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus;

• Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in global and technology-driven environments;

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across different levels of the organization;

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams;

• Solid experience with project management tools and agile methodologies;

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions;

• Basic understanding of customer support processes;

• Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish is a strong plus;

• Proactive profile, with excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
