Senior Program Manager – AI Transformation (m/f/d)

What we look for::
• You lead complex AI delivery programs and ensure alignment across business, platform, and governance layers.
• You own program structure, governance cadence, and execution tracking across major AI initiatives.
• You lead cross-functional planning across engineering, business, security, legal, and adoption stakeholders.
• You drive milestone clarity, dependency management, and rollout readiness.
• You act as a quality gate for execution and resolve blockers proactively.
• You ensure alignment between delivery progress, business value, and adoption.

What we require::
• You hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You have 4–6 years of experience in program management, transformation delivery, or complex implementation environments.
• You have a strong track record managing multi-stakeholder programs.
• You are experienced in working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• You can influence senior stakeholders and align different functions.
• You bring strong facilitation and prioritization skills.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
