Position: Senior Program Management Specialist/ Principal, Cross-Border Business

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Program Management Specialist/ Principal of Cross-Border Business to bring the best experiences to our customers and drive growth in cross-border sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize existing operations and maximize revenue opportunities with your strong cross-functional communication and analytical skills.

What will you do?

•
Develop and implement comprehensive cross-border business strategies to expand the company’s presence in Taiwan market.

•
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of cross-border initiatives.

•
Lead cross-functional projects to dive into pain points, improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the customer experience.

•
Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including overseas vendors, logistics providers, and government agencies, to support cross-border business objectives.

•
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.

Essential Qualifications:

•
6+ years of experience in program management or business operations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry

•
Ability to deep dive into complex issues, demonstrate attention to detail, and solve customer service issues efficiently

•
Proven track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and driving business outcomes

•
Strong analytical skills and strong capability in Excel with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

•
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and cultures.

•
Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

•
Proficiency in written and spoken English

•
Familiar with SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

•
Proficiency in Korean
