Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Designer with exceptional attention to detail and a mastery of clean, grid-based layouts and refined typography. In this pivotal role, you will produce a high volume of polished, on-brand assets across decks, social media, video/VFX, display ads, CRM materials, and UX design. You’ll leverage advanced tools and AI-driven automation to optimize workflows, while maintaining a foundation of strong grid structure and impeccable execution. We need someone hungry, precise, and ready to bring their best to every project.

Responsibilities

• Produce a high volume of visually compelling, precisely structured assets across presentations, marketing materials, video/VFX, display ads, social content, and CRM materials.

• Build all designs on solid grid systems, ensuring perfect alignment, refined typography, and a consistently clean, on-brand aesthetic.

• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance creative output without compromising quality.

• Conduct thorough QC reviews to guarantee pixel-perfect accuracy, brand consistency, and exceptional craftsmanship.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, creative leads, and developers to ensure smooth project execution from concept through delivery.

• Mentor and support junior designers, strengthening their layout, production, and technical skills.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging design practices, contributing to continuous team and process improvement.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a fast-paced production or graphic design role, with a portfolio showcasing high-volume layout work, refined typography, and strong grid-based systems.

• Exceptional design taste with an obsessive eye for clean, aligned, and beautifully structured visuals.

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other industry-standard tools.

• Proven experience designing for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with a focus on efficient layouts and high visual impact.

• Unwavering attention to detail and a track record of delivering flawless work under tight deadlines.

• Deep understanding of brand systems and demonstrated ability to maintain strict brand consistency across all assets.

• Proactive, motivated, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to elevate both individual output and team performance.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.

Nice to Have

• Strong print production experience—especially for fast-paced, high-volume print projects—is a major plus.

• Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway) is a bonus.
