Senior Product Strategy & Operations

Location: Palo Alto, CA

About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Product Strategy & Operations professional to help shape how our product organization executes at scale. This isn't about building bureaucracy—it's about designing the invisible infrastructure that allows teams to move fast without breaking things.

You'll work closely with leadership to translate vision into reality, designing lightweight processes and tooling that enable efficiency without adding friction. We believe the best processes feel like guardrails, not gates—flexible guidelines that scale with the organization rather than rigid workflows that slow it down.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Infrastructure Design

• Partner with leadership to understand high-level vision and strategy, then architect the operational pieces to bring the strategy to life and to address the problem

• Design and implement processes that feel intuitive to teams—treating process design as a user experience problem

• Build and maintain the tooling infrastructure that powers efficient product execution at scale

• Continuously evaluate what's working and what's not, iterating based on team feedback and organizational needs

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Work across the full product ecosystem—from understanding how PMs manage the product lifecycle to partnering with engineering, data, design, marketing, and other teams. Find the common ground between different team objectives to drive alignment.

Program Management & Execution

• Drive key initiatives from concept to completion, coordinating across multiple stakeholders

• Manage a diverse portfolio of work—from strategic projects to operational improvements

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years in product operations or product management, program management, or related roles.

• Strong familiarity with product management workflows and the product development lifecycle

• Track record designing and implementing operational processes in scaling organizations

• Experience working effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans with an ability to take ambiguous direction and create concrete, actionable plans

• Hands-on experience with operational tools and systems (e.g. Aha, Jira, etc.)

• Comfortable working across multiple teams and learning new domains quickly. Technical fluency or ability to quickly understand technical concepts

• Strong communication skills with ability to influence without formal authority

• Biased toward simple, elegant solutions over complex ones

• Moves quickly while maintaining quality and thoughtfulness

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US Pay Range
$175,500—$263,300 USD
