Senior Product Specialist

Our Product Specialists operate at the critical intersection between R&D and Product, bridging technical insights with real customer needs. We understand customer needs, product capabilities, and market dynamics - and we translate all three into clear, actionable insights that shape successful sales strategies and product direction. We thrive on uncovering customer pain points, preparing high-quality data for demonstrations, and helping prospects understand how our solutions can drive meaningful impact.

As a Senior Product Specialist, you will develop a deep understanding of our products and customers, and ensure that Account Executives and Solutions Architects have what they need to properly solve customer problems with our platform. Your work directly supports the success of pre-sales engagements and influences the evolution of our features and capabilities.

In this role, you'll:

• Understand potential customers' needs and pain points in order to build a successful sales strategy

• Identify and remove bottlenecks that prevent scaling Alterya go to market independently

• Build automations, guides, tools, and processes for pre and post sales efforts

• Pre-sale Data Acquisition: Collect and organize prospect data intelligence to develop tailored datasets that support effective product demonstrations and proofs of concept

• Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering team to build and add new features and improve existing capabilities

We're looking for candidates who have:

• A technical generalist background, but are comfortable with REST API integrations, SQL databases, Python and are always interested in learning more

• Experience with Enterprise SAAS sales motions

• Interest or knowledge in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies

• Ability to effectively work with AI tools and leverage them to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and role-specific workflows

• Proficient in both English and Hebrew, with strong spoken and written skills.
