What You'll Own

As our Senior Product Security Engineer, you'll be the go-to person for all things application and product security. This isn't a checkbox role - you'll shape how we build, ship, and secure our products.

Your Focus Areas:

• Secure SDLC: Build security into our development lifecycle without slowing teams down
• Threat Modelling: Think like an attacker, build like a defender
• DevSecOps: Automate security so developers can focus on building
• AI Security: Secure our AI/ML systems against novel threats and ensure responsible AI practices
• Security Tooling: Choose, implement, and optimize tools that actually work
• Pen Testing & Red Team Coordination: Partner with offensive security teams to validate our defenses
• Controls & Assurance: Ensure security controls are adopted and effective, not just documented
• Partnership: Be the security person developers actually want to talk to

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of application security vulnerabilities and fixes
• Hands-on experience with security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA, container security)
• Strong grasp of cloud security (AWS/GCP)
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and security integration
• Understanding of AI/ML security risks and mitigation strategies
• Experience building and scaling DevSecOps programs
• Threat modelling expertise that translates to real defenses
• Experience coordinating pen tests and translating findings into actionable improvements
