Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Product Owner  –Long Term Contract – Nashville, TN – Hybrid / Remotefor one of our clients.

Job role: Senior Product Owner

Location: Nashville, TN (onsite/hybrid, or remote but within 50 miles of a HCSC office locations).

Duration: 12 months

 

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelors or similar degree in engineering or Pharmacy 7+ years’ experience working in healthcare; payer, provider or life sciences.
• Knowledge of Agile project management     

 

 

Job description:

The Senior Product owner role will be a part of the Health Spring Medicare business. This position is responsible for the business and technical roadmap of a consumption or domain product, program/project delivery for their product and upstream domain assets, data quality, operations, and prioritization of requests for the consumption or domain product. Understand business requirements to translate into a product roadmap for their assigned. Accountable for program / project delivery for their product and upstream domain assets, data quality and operations for the consumption product. Manage product backlog and prioritize requests in line with product strategy. Work with data analysts to develop requirements documents and use cases for new product /service features.

Ideal candidate should have experience as a pharmacist and/ or extensive experience working within pharmacy technology.

• Functional ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
• Business acumen, Oral & written communication skills.
• Program and/or project management. SDLC (systems development) Ability to execute, influence, prioritize, and make trade-offs. Ability to manage change. Leadership, strategic vision, and entrepreneurship.
• Consultative problem-solving / analytical thinking. Creative thinking.
• Teamwork and collaboration. Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes
• DLC (systems development life cycle) / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development

Qualification:
