We are a modern e-commerce division responsible for the international online presence of currently 7 brands within the IONOS Group, making it one of the most important sales channels for our company. We work both in agile, cross-functional, and interdisciplinary teams, as well as in combination with agile project management for larger, complex initiatives and projects.

Tasks

• As a Product Owner, you will take end-to-end responsibility for a product area of our websites and online shops or for a brand within the IONOS Group, collaborating with cross-functional experts.

• As the person responsible for the conversion rate, you will continuously analyze and interpret user flows on the portal and in the checkout funnel.

• Continuously monitor the key KPIs of our main websites and online shops, providing analysis and reports for management.

• You will create and prioritize your backlog of improvements based on user feedback, business goals, and market insights, and align this with stakeholders.

• Conduct methodological analyses, such as market and competitive assessments, to identify user needs, trends, and opportunities for further development.

• You have the ability to translate complex user and business requirements from various stakeholders in the company into seamless workflows and conceptual ideas.

• Work closely in cross-functional collaboration and align with all relevant interfaces (development, technology, agencies, product management, product marketing, sales, customer service, etc.).

• You are familiar with current UX design trends and are interested in innovative concepts. You can effectively communicate and advocate for new ideas and concepts within the team and among our stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You are a passionate Product Owner and know what you want. The needs of our users drive you. Your foundation for success is a successful degree or equivalent education. You are familiar with the pros and cons of classical and agile methodologies through several years of practical experience, ideally in software development.

• You bring the right mix of creativity and entrepreneurial thinking.

• You are characterized by analytical thinking, a lot of initiative, commitment, courage, and a structured but pragmatic approach.

• You are experienced in working with stakeholders, as well as in creating epics and user stories, and in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.

• You collaboratively develop the product vision with stakeholders and bring it to life.

• Passion for digital innovation and a strong interest in new technologies and trends.

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

• Personally, you are known for your quality awareness, willingness to perform, and initiative.

• You enjoy technical topics and digital products.

• Proficient in tools like G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Atlassian/JIRA, or Confluence.

• We work in an international company, so you have no problems communicating effectively in written and spoken English and German!
