We are currently looking for a Senior Product Owner (f/m/x) to join our Core Mobile App Squad in Berlin.
You will own the squad roadmap end-to-end, from ideation and prioritisation through to clear decision-making and execution alignment with Engineering. You will balance speed with quality, and help us build a product that helps to improve the lives of people around the world.
This is a hybrid position (3 days per week in-office).
How you will spend your time::
• Own product discovery, ideation, roadmap and prioritisation for the core mobile app squad
• Make clear decisions on what will be worked on and when, and communicate trade-offs transparently
• Drive initiatives within the squad and align stakeholders around outcomes, scope, and sequencing
• Present and discuss the squad roadmap in a structured way with cross-functional partners
• Partner closely with Engineering to keep execution on track and deliver on time
What you should bring to the table::
• Strong understanding of product development in a software engineering context
• Native or near-native German (C1+) and strong professional English
• A strong backbone - you can hold a line on priorities and decisions, while staying collaborative
• Excellent communication skills: you listen well, build rapport, and bring people with you
• Highly structured thinking: you can create clarity even when context is incomplete
• The ability to inspire others and raise energy, not just run a process
You will be successful in your role after 6 months, if:
• You have fully taken over product ownership responsibilities within the squad and are recognised as the driver of initiatives
• The squad roadmap is clear, well-structured, and actively used to align decisions and delivery
• The team demonstrates consistent speed and execution focus, with minimal time lost in definition and with more progress shipped
• You consistently support Engineering in executing on time by providing clarity, prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment
