Our Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and technologies that drive Unifonic’s solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. As a Senior Product Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for enabling product teams to operate effectively and deliver measurable business impact.
You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Customer teams to ensure that product strategy, processes, and execution are aligned, scalable, and well-supported.
In this role, you will leverage your strong experience in solutioning and product enablement to support internal teams while continuously improving the way Product Operations functions across the organization. You will play a key role in evolving and scaling product operations processes, tools, and ways of working to drive efficiency and consistency.
Acting as a bridge between product strategy and execution, you will empower teams with the right insights, processes, and solutions, while also serving as an advocate for our products, operational frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
Help us shape the future of communication by:
• Improving product ceremonies, planning processes, and operational frameworks Continuously that support product teams.
• Helping structure and prepare inputs for product planning sessions and roadmap reviews.
• Identifying operational gaps and propose improvements to strengthen product team focus and effectiveness.
• Standardizing product reporting, metrics, and operational insights to support decision-making.
• Promoting adoption of AI tools and automation to improve product operations workflows, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
• Designing and leading Product Enablement programs for internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Presales).
• Supporting product launches, demos, and rollouts, ensuring internal stakeholders understand product capabilities and value.
• Translating complex product capabilities into clear messaging, demos, and use cases.
• Helping drive product awareness and adoption across the organization.
• Working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Commercial, and Marketing teams to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Identifying customer use cases and solution patterns that can inform product evolution and commercial opportunities.
• Synthesizing data from various sources (customer feedback, analytics, sales insights, market research) into actionable recommendations.
• Supporting Product leaders in communicating product strategy and impact through clear insights and communication.
• Helping identify new product growth opportunities and remove operational or adoption barriers.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Commercial teams to highlight product success stories and drive product awareness.
• Acting as a go-to person for product knowledge and market insights within the organization.
