As we continue growing across the Nordics, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape how our products are launched, positioned, and communicated to customers.

Joining our Copenhagen Brand Team, you will own product marketing across the Nordic market, working closely with Product, Brand, Growth, and Global teams to turn customer insights into impactful campaigns and customer experiences.

What You’ll Do (The Recipe)

Strategic Planning & Product Alignment

• Lead End-to-End Product Marketing: Own product marketing across the Nordic market, acting as the key marketing partner to the Local Product team and helping shape future product roadmap priorities.

• Upstream Influence: Bring customer insights and commercial thinking into early product investment and Go-To-Market discussions.

Execution of High-Impact Campaigns

• Campaign Leadership: Lead large-scale local product marketing campaigns for major launches, seasonal moments, and strategic partnerships.

• GTM Strategy & Localization: Adapt global toolkits into localized Go-To-Market strategies that resonate with Nordic customers while staying true to the global brand.

• Product-as-Hero Messaging: Develop compelling messaging and value propositions with the local communications team, positioning the product at the center of acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Orchestration

• Integrated Execution: Partner closely with Product, Brand Management, Growth Marketing, Creative, and Global Product Marketing teams to deliver seamless 360-degree campaigns.

• Central <> Local Bridge: Translate global product priorities and roadmaps into impactful local customer stories and campaigns while maintaining strong alignment with international stakeholders.

Insights & Measurement

• Closed-Loop Evaluation: Measure campaign performance and share clear post-launch learnings and insights with key stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Use customer, brand, and behavioral insights to continuously improve future product marketing strategies and campaign planning.

What You’ll Bring (Your Ingredients)

• Experience within Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or similar customer-focused marketing roles, ideally in eCommerce, consumer tech, FMCG, or other fast-paced industries.

• Strong understanding of customer journeys, campaigns, storytelling, and how to bring products to life across different channels.

• Experience working cross-functionally with teams across marketing, product, creative, commercial, or growth.

• Comfortable balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.

• Confidence using customer insights, performance data, and market learnings to shape campaigns and decisions.

• Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

• Collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset with strong communication skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills. Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.

• Experience with agile ways of working or project management tools such as Jira is beneficial, but not required.
