The role

As a Senior Product Manager for our Virtual Data Room (VDR), you’ll lead the evolution of the Document View Experience – the core functionality that powers how users open, review, edit, secure, and enhance documents with AI.

Your mission is to make document workflows faster, more reliable, and more intuitive. Whether users redact sensitive data, collaborate in the DOCX editor, or interact with AI-powered search and translation, your work will directly improve their efficiency and confidence.

Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will turn discovery insights into scalable solutions that support secure, high-impact decision-making.

The role is open to candidates in Ukraine.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Document View Experience inside the VDR, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and company vision

• Own and evolve the core document functionality, including Viewer performance and rendering, redaction workflows, encrypted document handling, in-house DOCX editor, 3rd-party integrations, and AI-powered features (search, translation, PII-detection, etc)

• Research user behavior, technical constraints, industry trends, and market needs to identify new opportunities

• Validate ideas through structured discovery: user interviews, data analysis, experiments, and stakeholder input

• Define and communicate product requirements through PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams in delivering quality solutions

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts within cross-functional product teams to co-create and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

• Contribute to GTM strategy and work with the content team to develop launch plans, positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption and market success

• Measure success post-launch and iterate based on data and feedback

What you bring

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes

• Proven experience across the full product lifecycle – from discovery to post-release iteration

• Skilled in using both customer insights and data to inform product decisions

• Ability to turn industry and market trends into clear product strategies

• Passion for delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful experiences

• Familiarity with Scrum or other agile-based frameworks

• Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) in daily product work to multiply output and reduce time spent on research, documentation, data analysis, and routine tasks

• Experience working on technically complex features or workflows and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and English proficiency (C1 level)

Nice to have

• Experience working with document-based systems, editors, rendering engines, or file workflows

• Experience building or owning AI-powered features (e.g., LLM integrations, AI-assisted search, automated translation, etc)

• Understanding of M&A, fundraising, or other financial operations

• Product management expertise and problem discovery interview with the Group Product Manager (90-120 min)

• Short take-home task: one-pager / mini PRD (2–3 hours effort, 1–2 days turnaround)

• UI/UX and solution discovery interview with the Head of Product Design (60 min)

• Product delivery interview with the Director of Engineering (60 min)

• Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins)
