Join us as a Product Manager for our Transport team, where you'll be driving one of Gojek’s most iconic and impactful product areas. As part of our Transport team, you’ll work at the dynamic intersection of real-time technology, large-scale operations, and user trust. You’ll be instrumental in building and scaling world-class ride-hailing experiences within one of Southeast Asia’s leading super-apps. From matching riders and drivers more efficiently, to designing pricing and incentive models that balance growth with sustainability, your work will directly impact everyday commutes, driver livelihoods, and Gojek’s broader mission of creating positive social impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and communicate a strong vision and product strategy for the Transport team that inspires your colleagues and delivers real value to riders and driver-partners.
• Launch new features, pricing models, and service improvements that enhance reliability, efficiency, and trust in our ride-hailing products.
• Use data, marketplace insights, and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities and make evidence-based decisions.
• Partner with design, engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver seamless experiences at scale.
• Set clear, ambitious KPIs and continuously improve key metrics such as matching efficiency, wait times, and trip completion rates.
• Run experiments and A/B tests, iterating quickly to optimize marketplace balance and user satisfaction.
• Advocate for both riders and driver-partners by gathering feedback, conducting research, and testing product ideas in real-world conditions.

Key Requirements:
• At least 5 years of hands-on product management experience in consumer tech, mobility, or marketplace platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and a talent for solving complex, ambiguous marketplace problems with data-driven rigor.
• Proven track record of shipping and iterating large-scale, real-time digital products.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with a bias for execution and operational excellence.
• Excellent fluency in written and verbal English.
• Passion for urban mobility, marketplace dynamics, and designing incentive structures that balance rider needs with driver sustainability.
• Comfort with A/B testing, agile workflows, and rapid experimentation at scale.
