The Team

Product
The Product team defines and drives the future of Vim’s platform and products. We combine strategy, user insight, and technical collaboration to build solutions that simplify complexity and deliver measurable value. Every product we launch brings intelligence and connection to the point of care.

The Role

The Product Manager, VBC will own key components of Vim’s value-based care offering, driving discovery, prioritization, and delivery of features that support payer and provider partners. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and customer-facing teams to define problems, shape solutions, and ensure successful execution.

This role requires strong product fundamentals, systems thinking, comfort with data-heavy workflows, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and senior external stakeholders. What you will do

• Lead product discovery and define clear, outcome-focused requirements

• Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned to customer and business needs

• Collaborate with R&D and design through end to end product management life cycle including creating, managing and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog

• Work with enterprise customers to understand workflows and validate solutions

• Communicate decisions, timelines, and trade-offs across internal and external teams

• Use data to evaluate product impact and inform iteration

Who we are looking for

• 7+ years of product management experience building complex B2B SaaS products

• Experience working with multiple personas and competing incentives, ideally in enterprise or workflow-heavy environments.

• Demonstrated ability to manage products involving configurable workflows, rules engines, operational processes, or compliance considerations

• Strong product discovery experience and the ability to structure ambiguous problems

• Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end with engineering and design

• Experience presenting to and partnering with senior outbound customer stakeholders, ideally in operational or technical roles

• Comfort working with data-heavy products (e.g., claims, eligibility, performance measures, analytics)

• Excellent communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences in excellent written and verbal English.

• Strong execution discipline: backlog management, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment

• Adaptable and comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous contexts

• Outcome-oriented mindset with strong ownership and follow-through

• US Healthcare or value-based care experience or ability to quickly ramp on complex, regulated domains
