We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the WalkMe Menu. This isn’t just a help menu; it is a traveling, universal "front door" to a more productive future. Available everywhere across any app, workflow, or device (Web, Desktop, and Mobile), the Menu is the central nervous system of the WalkMe experience and our primary gateway for Multi-Agent AI orchestration. This is your opportunity to redefine how people work by turning a UI component into an omnipresent AI command center.

What will you actually be doing?:
• Lead the vision and roadmap for the WalkMe Menu, evolving it from a resource list into a proactive, AI-powered hub that travels with the user across platforms.
• Drive the integration of GenAI and Multi-Agent chat within the Menu, making it the primary interface for users to automate workflows and interact with company knowledge.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through go-to-market, with end-to-end accountability for delivering measurable business value.
• Work closely with teams from engineering, design, and data to ensure a seamless, "omnipresent" experience across Web, Desktop (Electron), and Mobile.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to discover and validate feature ideas, turning user insights into high-impact product solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs in the AI landscape and promote AI adoption across our customer base.
• Be the voice of the user in everything you do and help others across the company stay focused on delivering a great, unified experience.

What should you bring to the table?:
• 6+ years of experience generating outstanding results as a product manager – a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience working on a SaaS product in a B2B tech startup or company – a must.
• Prior experience in AI product development or GenAI capabilities.
• Familiarity with building omnipresent experiences across platforms – advantage.
• Experience with enterprise hub solutions (e.g., sidebars, command centers, or portal-like interfaces) – advantage.
• Proficiency in using user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform complex product decisions.
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a track record of driving complex development processes in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage up and influence cross-functional partners.
• Curiosity and empathy for users, with an instinct for creating simple, intuitive, and "delightful" experiences.
• Fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity in a scaling environment.
