Overview
Join Jobscan as our Sr. Product Manager in Taipei, Taiwan, and help drive meaningful revenue growth while empowering job seekers to land their dream roles.
You'll own growth across the Jobscan product, work closely with the CEO, the existing Sr. PM, and the team on growth strategy and detailed execution. You'll also act as the growth driver, leading experimentation, prioritization, and delivery across a small, fast-moving team to move key funnel metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the growth roadmap for Jobscan's core user-facing experience, including acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention across Jobscan's suite of tools
• Monitor and report on key product metrics on a weekly basis, explain changes, and surface risks or opportunities to leadership proactively
• Run sprint operations end-to-end: planning, backlog grooming, standups, retros, and ensuring the team ships predictably against committed scope
• Lead end-to-end growth delivery: hypothesis generation, spec writing, prioritization, launch, and post-launch analysis
• Own the A/B testing and experiment roadmap, from experiment design through shipping decisions, and establish team-wide standards for experiment rigor
• Work directly with the CEO on growth strategy and prioritization, translating high-level goals into sprint-ready execution plans
• Partner with engineering, design, and data to move fast with limited resources, removing blockers and making tradeoff calls without escalation
• Write clear, actionable specs that engineers can execute with little follow-up clarification, and raise the bar for spec quality across the team
• Pull and analyze data independently using tools such as PostHog to validate assumptions and track outcomes
• Conduct user research and synthesize findings to inform growth decisions
• Own key funnel metrics (reg-to-trial, trial-to-paid, activation, churn) with clear improvement targets, and be accountable to hitting them sprint over sprint
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8+ years of Product Manager experience, with significant time in a Growth PM role at a consumer, gaming, eCommerce, or D2C subscription startup
• Track record of moving funnel metrics (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention) with measurable business impact at scale
• Experience owning sprint operations: planning, prioritization, backlog management, and ensuring consistent delivery against committed scope
• Well-versed in using AI tools on a daily basis to accelerate personal and team output
• Independently led A/B testing roadmap: experiment design, result interpretation, and shipping decisions, with a high bar for statistical rigor
• Comfortable working directly with US-based stakeholders async, including executive-level partners
• Proven ability to operate end-to-end without hand-holding, from hypothesis through launch and post-launch iteration
• Strong ability to make decisions based on data, and equally strong judgment on when data isn't the answer
• Prompt engineering experience: has designed and shipped AI-powered product features, writes and iterates on prompts directly, and has built or run evals to measure model output quality
• Recent remote work experience in a small, high-ownership team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in fluent English
What will make you stand out!:
• UI/UX background or strong design sensibility
• Experience working in cross-timezone remote environments
• Familiarity with PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics tools
• Personal job search experience; understands resume and job application pain points firsthand
Benefits
・Remote-friendly - we trust you to get your work done and make it to your meetings, though our roles in Taiwan may involve semi-regular coworking sessions in the Xinyi District for better collaboration with the local team
・Competitive salary - you should have a piece of what we're building here
・Flexible schedule - we make it easy to take care of what matters, whether that's family, health, or life outside of work; though you might expect some early morning meetings to accommodate our other time zones (6:30 am being the earliest)
