About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Supplier & Procurement Experience to lead the strategy and execution for two critical personas in ZAGENO’s B2B marketplace: procurement teams at pharma/biotech companies and suppliers who sell lab supplies.

You will own end-to-end procurement and supplier workflows—from approvals, compliance, and payments to supplier order management, fulfillment, sales reporting, and analytics. Your work will directly impact how efficiently procurement teams manage enterprise-scale purchasing, and how effectively suppliers grow their business on ZAGENO.

This is a high-impact, cross-marketplace role requiring strong B2B product skills, empathy for both buyer and supplier personas, and the ability to design scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for procurement and supplier-facing features, balancing the needs of both personas.

Partner with Finance, Operations, and Customer Success teams to translate customer requirements into scalable product solutions and ensure that we establish efficiency & value of Zageno platform.

Ensure seamless integrations with ERP and procurement systems (SAP, Coupa, Netsuite, Punchout, APIs) to support enterprise adoption.

Develop supplier tools for order management, fulfillment tracking, invoicing, and reporting, along with dashboards for sales performance and growth insights.

Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver intuitive, data-driven, and reliable solutions on time.

Define and track success metrics across procurement efficiency, compliance adoption, supplier satisfaction, and marketplace growth, using experimentation and analytics to guide iteration.

Continuously improve procurement and supplier experiences by incorporating user feedback, market insights, and business priorities.

About You

5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, procurement, or supplier platforms.

Proven track record of building enterprise workflows (procurement, finance, compliance) AND supplier-facing tools (order management, analytics, reporting). Experience working with tools like Coupa, Netsuite would be a plus.

Excellent analytical skills — able to define metrics, use data to drive prioritization, and create actionable insights.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

A balance of customer empathy (supplier/procurement personas) and business impact focus. Comfortable balancing regulatory requirements with user-friendly design.

Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a bias for action.
