Role Overview :

We're on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join and lead initiatives within our Taiwan Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. In this senior role, you will spearhead the design, development, and localization of Coupang’s complex supply chain optimization products, heavily leveraging AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. These systems streamline planning decisions, ensuring efficient procurement, distribution, and fulfillment across our rapidly expanding network.

You are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a deeply ambiguous environment. We are seeking a hands-on, visionary leader with a structured mindset, rigorous analytical capabilities, and deep technical expertise to drive AI/ML integrations, curate data assets, and execute rapid prototyping alongside cross-border engineering teams.

What You Will Do :

• Drive the integration of AI/ML technologies and advanced optimization models into our core solution framework. Partner deeply with Data Science and Engineering to build predictive and decision systems for demand forecasting, ordering and scheduling, placement, and inventory rebalancing within our AI-enabled fulfillment centers.

• Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to rapidly prototype new solutions and iterate on complex operational challenges, significantly reducing the time from ideation to proof-of-concept. Actively develop and curate the underlying data assets required to train and scale these models.

• Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for critical areas within Taiwan's supply chain management, ensuring alignment with both local hyper-growth targets and global engineering standards.

• Manage complex products from ideation to launch—defining rigorous product requirements, establishing success metrics, and driving A/B testing and iteration based on real-time data.

• Identify and execute on new opportunities to enhance key business metrics across fulfillment planning, inventory, and network design, deeply analyzing unstructured data to drive cost efficiencies.

• Serve as the strategic bridge between Taiwan's operations, business, and global tech teams. Negotiate trade-offs and inspire cross-functional teams with a compelling product vision.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 10+ years of robust product management experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing compelling product visions at scale (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain tech).

• Proven ability to translate complex processes and workflows into scalable, AI-integrated business solutions from conception to deployment.

• A forward-thinking mindset with a strong ability to use AI tools (e.g., GenAI, LLMs) to accelerate product development, extract rapid insights from unstructured datasets, and build quick prototypes to test hypotheses.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, influence senior stakeholders without formal authority, and collaborate effectively with Data Science, Engineering, and operational teams.

• A relentless bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and tactical operational execution.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English, enabling effective interaction with technical teams and business leadership.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Deep experience designing and launching advanced planning products (e.g., fulfillment center planning, automated inventory management, route scheduling, network capacity design).

• MBA or a Master’s degree in a highly quantitative or technical field.
