Senior Product Manager - RPL (Reward, Promotion, Loyalty)

About the Role

As a Product Manager - RPL (Reward, Promotion, Loyalty) at Gojek, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the product vision and roadmap with a clear focus on optimizing promotional spend to maximize efficiency and ROI. You’ll work cross-functionally with Business, Data Science, Design, and Engineering teams, while also coordinating closely with Product Managers from other teams. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, balancing high-level problem-solving with deep attention to detail in implementation.

What You Will Do:
• Deliver with ownership. You do more than discuss ideas. You document clearly, get hands-on, and execute with precision to ensure products and features are delivered and launched effectively.
• Drive product decisions through data. Work with large and complex datasets to understand product performance and growth across Rewards, Promotion, and Loyalty domains. Define requirements based on insights, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data findings into clear product specifications and initiatives rather than UI-heavy designs.
• Design for flexibility and scale. Recognize that one size does not fit all, and develop solutions that are configurable, scalable, and adaptable to various use cases and future growth needs.
• Provide clarity to delivery teams and stakeholders. Clearly articulate requirements, trade-offs, and expected impact to Product Engineering and Data Science teams, and align on go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Partner deeply with Data Science to measure impact. Define success metrics, work closely with data scientists to analyze feature adoption and business impact, interpret insights from high-volume data, and iterate on solutions to address merchant pain points and growth objectives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to understand their goals and priorities, and help translate those goals into actionable and measurable product outcomes.
• Own prioritization and planning. Define, prioritize, and plan product initiatives through strong alignment with stakeholders, balancing impact, effort, and data-backed outcomes.

What You Will Need:
• Min of 5-8+ years of experience in product management. Previous experience working on Data products and data science teams is preferred
• Experience working on the business objectives and some incremental model of goal setting
• Strongly data-driven with solid critical and analytical thinking skills, able to work comfortably with large and complex datasets to uncover insights, define clear success metrics, and track impact across projects.
• You will work closely with Data Science and Product Engineering teams, and value hands-on experience with experimentation, analysis, and metric-driven decision-making.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
• Demonstrates strong collaboration skills, with the ability to understand stakeholder needs, facilitate clear and effective information exchange across stakeholders, and empathize with diverse perspectives.
• Able to work with agile product development teams and identify new ways to help your team be productive. Experience of working with distributed teams is desired
• Fluent in written and verbal English
