Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the consolidation of separate applications (loyalty, delivery, and in-store ordering) into a single unified Super App.
• Review conceptual architectures related to POS integration, mobile ordering, and inventory synchronization.
• Oversee the implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and define requirements for a unified customer profile to support algorithmic segmentation.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to assess existing project assumptions and provide data-driven alternatives where needed.
• Ensure alignment between technical system design and the customer journey, minimizing friction from menu browsing through checkout.
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within Retail, QSR, or Food-Tech.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and ability to discuss API integrations with engineering teams.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working within complex organizational structures.
• Hands-on experience with CDPs and data-driven segmentation initiatives.
Success Criteria:
• Successful consolidation of legacy applications into a single platform.
• Implementation of an automated, algorithm-based marketing engine.
• Demonstrated improvement in system architecture resilience following peer review.

• Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing
• Education reimbursement
• Memorable anniversary presents
• Corporate events and team buildings
• Other location-specific benefits
