Senior Product Manager - Quick Commerce

About the Role

As Senior Product Manager for Quick Commerce, you will own the strategy and execution of product experience that drives growth, sustainability, or reliability across the end-to-end customer journey. You will work across demand, supply readiness, and fulfillment to ensure customers get what they want—fast, accurate, and with an excellent experience. The role requires strong analytical rigor, deep problem-solving skills, and an ability to simplify operational and technical complexity into scalable product solutions.

What You Will Do:
• Lead and execute the product roadmap for Quick Commerce across key areas: growth, availability, ordering experience, fulfillment speed/reliability, or sustainability/unit economics.
• Analyze funnel performance (Conversions, Unit Economics, Speed/SLA%, etc.) to prioritize high-impact opportunities and drive measurable growth.
• Partner with Operations, Growth, Fulfillment, and Dark Store teams to solve growth, supply, reliability, and service-quality issues with product-first approaches.
• Work with the Business team to identify and build a lever of sustainability or unit economics in operating and scaling Quick Commerce businesses
• Own product KPIs, define success metrics, and continuously monitor performance to identify gaps and unlock sustainable growth. Drive product discovery, experimentation, and iteration to improve user experience.
• Work closely with Engineering to define specs, manage execution, align stakeholders, and ensure fast, high-quality feature delivery.

What You Will Need:
• 5-7+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, logistics, marketplaces, or large-scale consumer platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, including comfort with funnel metrics, operational data, and basic SQL (or willingness to ramp quickly).
• Understanding of fulfillment operations, picking/packing workflows, WMS, or last-mile delivery systems.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems and structure solutions using first-principles logic.
• High customer empathy with the ability to balance user needs, operational constraints, and business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, Ops, Growth, and Commercial teams.
• Bias toward speed, iteration, and decision-making under imperfect information.
• Familiarity with online transaction flows is considered a plus point (discovery, cart, checkout, payments).
