About the Team

The People List & Org Chart team sits at the heart of Deel HR, building the tools that help organizations see, understand, and manage their workforce clearly. We own the features that turn scattered worker data into structured, visual clarity; from flexible org structures and worker relations to dynamic org charts that scale with any team.

Our customers range from fast-growing startups mapping their first reporting lines to large enterprises managing complex, multi-layered organizations across dozens of countries. We make it easy for them to define how their teams are structured, visualize those structures in real time, and keep that data accurate as their organizations evolve.

We work closely with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market; and we're building in an area that directly shapes how hundreds of thousands of workers experience their company every day. Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and influence the product strategy, roadmap and GTM. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers and subject-matter experts across the organization to ensure the fast delivery of the best-in-class experience to a global customer base.

Responsibilities

• Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility

• Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines

• Leveraging all of the core PM skills you have honed to date to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle.

• Collaborating with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.

• Balancing core product development with high-priority client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast pace environment (ideally scaleup/start-up)

• Independent and autonomous leader

• Understanding of both UX and UI
