THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Payments team in Brazil! ! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Product Manager to lead our payments initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance teams and interface directly with our vendors to improve our payments success rate and contribute with the company’s growth. You will implement strategies to reduce churn caused by payment failure and optimize the overall authorization rate within the payment providers. You will own the product roadmap for Payments integrations.

YOUR IMPACT

• Improve authorization rate, directly contributing to the company’s bottom line and keep sustainable growth of subscribers and clients base.

• Reduce payment losses with chargeback.

• Build, communicate, and review your product strategy with internal stakeholders to get the buy-in and ensure support to the fraud prevention initiatives.

• Drive product planning, build and manage a well-thought-out roadmap of your product.

• Work closely with data and engineering teams to ensure that we extract actionable information and knowledge from raw data that supports good product decisions.

• Create OKRs, goals, metrics, KPIs and track their progress;

• Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers, data analysts, designers and stakeholders.

• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

• 2–4 years of experience leading impactful product development and with a proven track record.

• Result-driven and data-oriented, with a proven ability to use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes.

• You are very organized and communicate clearly and know how to keep stakeholders informed timely without having to jump in a call for it.

• You dominate numbers and how to extract valuable insights from data to make informed decisions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments.

• Collaborative and approachable being an effective communicator who builds trust and works seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional teams.

• You don't need to have prior experience in the payments ecosystem.

• Experience with payments is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Prior experience with strong data analysis.
