At Scout24, mobile is at the core of our strategy. Our native apps (iOS & Android) are where millions of people search, decide, and connect around homes and properties every day. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who will shape the next generation of our mobile experience — combining data, design, and innovation to make complex property decisions simple, personal, and inspiring.

How your role will look like:

• Define and own the mobile product vision and strategy, ensuring our apps deliver measurable impact across all Scout24 verticals.

• Lead cross-functional squads (Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing) to deliver best-in-class native experiences.

• Bring expertise in native mobile UX patterns and ensure the app feels delightful, intuitive, and platform-authentic.

• Manage complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple domains (Search, Homeowners, Professionals, Platform) and align diverse interests into a clear direction.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and the CPO office to shape strategic bets that push boundaries of mobile innovation in PropTech.

• Stay ahead of market and tech trends (AI, AR/VR, Vision Pro, multimodal UX) and translate them into opportunities for Scout24 users.

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer mobile apps (native iOS & Android).

• Proven track record of delivering impactful mobile features or products across different business areas or user segments.

• Strong stakeholder management skills — you can align multiple perspectives, simplify complexity, and influence at all levels, including management.

• Ability to make pragmatic, data-informed decisions that balance speed with quality in a fast-moving environment.

• Solid understanding of mobile analytics and how to use data to identify opportunities, evaluate success, and iterate efficiently.

• Deep understanding of native UX design patterns and how to apply them for engagement, retention, and trust.

• Curiosity and creativity: excitement about emerging technologies (AI, spatial experiences, AR/VR) and how they can elevate real-world value.

• Fluent in English (German a plus).

• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement.
