CyberArk is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Israel to own the Authentication and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) product area and drive its strategy, roadmap and execution. 

Authentication and MFA is foundational to CyberArk’s Identity Security platform, securing access for workforce, partner and customer identities at scale. This role is central to CyberArk’s Zero Trust strategy and spans passwordless authentication, phishing-resistant MFA, adaptive access and policy-driven enforcement. 

You will operate as the domain owner for Authentication & MFA, leading through influence and working closely with engineering, UX, security and go-to-market teams to deliver secure, scalable and intuitive authentication services. 

We  are looking for: 

• A senior product manager with a strong background in Identity and Access Management and deep understanding of authentication technologies. 

• A technically hands-on PM who is comfortable engaging in architectural discussions and tradeoffs with R&D. 

• A collaborative partner who works closely with engineering, design and other product teams and takes shared ownership of outcomes. 

• A clear communicator who can translate customer problems and security requirements into precise product definitions. 

• A product thinker who is comfortable going deep into protocols, flows and edge cases and validating solutions end-to-end. 

Responsibilities: 

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Authentication and MFA. 

• Drive delivery of MFA methods, adaptive and risk-based authentication, passwordless and policy-driven access. 

• Partner closely with engineering and UX to design and ship highly available and secure authentication services. 

• Represent the voice of admins, end users and integrators through continuous customer discovery and validation. 

• Analyze market trends, competitive offerings and emerging standards to inform prioritization. 

• Define success metrics and use data, feedback and operational signals to guide product decisions. 

• Create and maintain product artifacts including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation. 

• Support go-to-market execution through demos, enablement and collaboration with sales and marketing. 

• Collaborate with global teams across the Israel, US and India as needed.

• 4+ years of product management experience with strong focus on authentication and MFA. 

• Deep working knowledge of authentication standards including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO2 and WebAuthn. 

• Experience designing or delivering modern MFA and passwordless authentication solutions. 

• Solid understanding of authentication UX, recovery flows and Zero Trust access models. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience. 

• This position is based in Israel and may require occasional travel.
