(Senior) Product Manager, Margin Systems

Responsibilities:
• Own the product roadmap for Margin backend systems, including Unified Trading Account (UTA) capabilities.
• Design and improve core logic for margin calculation, leverage, collateral management, risk ratios, and liquidation.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Risk, Quant, and Trading teams to build scalable and resilient backend systems.
• Translate complex margin and risk requirements into clear PRDs, system flows, and technical specs.
• Drive system optimizations to improve accuracy, stability, latency, and margin efficiency.
• Coordinate across Spot, Derivatives, Wallet, and Risk teams to deliver seamless unified account experiences.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization.

Requirements:
• Open from junior to senior levels; product experience is not a must as long as you have experience working with trading systems.
• Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options etc.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
• Ability to understand trading algorithms, risk methods, and translate them into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
