Senior Product Manager - Liquidity

About the Role

As a Product Manager in the Liquidity team at GoTo Financial, you will own the core money movement experience in GoPay, shaping how millions of users send and receive money daily. You will drive product strategy and execution for GoPay top-up, transfer, and cash-out features, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Business. This role is accountable for delivering scalable, reliable, and user-centric features with measurable adoption and business impact.

What You Will Do:
• Own end-to-end product delivery for top-up, transfer, and cash-out, acting as the single source of truth from problem discovery to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Define a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns Engineering, Design, Business, and other stakeholders, with explicit priorities, trade-offs, and success metrics.
• Lead product decisions with strong product judgment, forming and defending a clear point of view rather than aggregating stakeholder opinions.
• Translate user and business problems into actionable product requirements, including detailed PRDs, system flows, edge cases, and implementation considerations.
• Drive execution with rigor, ensuring scope completeness, timeline ownership, dependency tracking, and closure of all deliverables without escalation of dependencies.
• Collaborate deeply with Engineering and Design, proactively aligning on architecture, UX rationale, and implementation details down to APIs and system constraints.
• Use data to identify opportunities and gaps, monitor funnels, detect drop-offs, and propose experiments and improvements on a continuous cadence.
• Champion scalable and configurable solutions, anticipating future growth, regulatory needs, and multi-market expansion rather than shipping one-off fixes.

What You Will Need:
• 5–8+ years of product management experience, with proven ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder product initiatives (fintech, payments, platform, or infra preferred).
• Demonstrated track record of shipping large-scale products end-to-end, including defining scope, driving execution, and closing post-launch gaps without heavy escalation.
• High ownership and execution discipline, with a proactive, self-directed approach to prioritisation, follow-through, and accountability in fast-paced environments.
• Strong product judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to form and defend a clear product point of view under ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of producing high-quality PRDs and aligning senior stakeholders, design, and engineering with clarity and confidence.
• Deep collaboration skills with Engineering and Design, including technical fluency in APIs, system flows, and platform constraints.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools (e.g., SQL) to identify opportunities, measure impact, and drive iteration.
