We’re looking for a talented and passionate Senior Product Manager who expects more from their career. It’s an opportunity to work on one of the most advanced Retail Media Platforms in the industry - where data, AI, and creativity automation meet commerce.

Your mission will be to turn retailer and campaign data into actionable insights that help brands maximise ROI and plan high-performing, retail-aligned media strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Define and lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the product suite that assist internal sales, exec teams as well as brands and agencies understand everything about measurement & reporting across different Tesco Retail Media channels

• Define and deliver features that enable our users to understand the holistic performance of campaigns across full funnel and drive actionable insights to maximise their return on the target objective

• Combine product management excellence with a deep understanding of retail media; measurement frameworks, attribution, incrementally to ensure our users get highest possible value while meeting their target goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional squads — design, data science, engineering, proposition, and UX research — to ensure planning workflows are intuitive, insight-rich, and aligned with planner needs — empowering confident, data-driven decisions.

• Monitor evolving industry trends, competitor capabilities, and user expectations to ensure our tools remain best-in-class.

• Partner with data science teams on predictive models for pricing, inventory allocation, and optimisation capabilities.

• Champion data integrity and scalability — ensuring planners can trust the numbers they see.

• Prioritise the detailed product backlog, working with technical teams to ensure sprint level releases are aligned to the strategic product roadmap.

• Work closely with engineering and design teams on a day-to-day basis to resolve challenges and ensure we build quality products our users love while championing agile software development best-practice

• Manage the roll out of the product within the business (e.g. system and process updates, communications and training to all appropriate areas). Support the Product Marketing team to produce training and education materials for internal and external upskilling where required.

• Operate with a strong API‑first and platform mindset, ensuring measurement data and insights are:

• Consistent and canonical

• Accessible via APIs and services

• Reusable across internal tools, partner systems, and self‑serve products

What we expect from you

• Bachelor/ Master’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, engineering.

• Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle, revenue models, performance & brand metrics, and monetisation strategies

• Deep understanding of measurement methodologies, attribution and incrementally frameworks.

• Experience with retail media platforms, ad servers, programmatic buying, and auction-based pricing models will be an added advantage.

• Understanding of data privacy, attribution, and media measurement frameworks (multi touch attribution, uplifts, etc.)

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners to align on product vision and priorities.

• Ability to evangelise product vision internally and externally.

• Comfortable working with data science teams to translate models into productised tools.

• Experience with multi-tenant B2B SaaS or self-serve ad platforms preferred
