As the HelloFresh business scales, the global Supply Chain Technology team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Shipping and Tracking Squad. You will join a global, cross-functional team building scalable and forward-looking products for all HelloFresh markets. You will manage complex products that directly affect how HelloFresh logistics operates and how boxes get delivered to our customers, positioning yourself as an expert in your domain for your stakeholders and engineering counterparts

You will be asked to travel up to 10%, with occasional travel internationally.

What you’ll do

• Define the vision for your domain: articulate mid-term vision for step changes to improve shipping and tracking operations both by optimizing our current products and launching new and innovative 0-1 products.

• Work collaboratively with a tribe of engineers, fellow product owners and a variety of operational stakeholders

• Be the SME of your domain space, developing a comprehensive understanding of logistics business challenges, ensure we have a set of features that solve these, and own deliverability and usability of our products and features

• Take a data-driven approach to initiate deep-dive analysis in order to evaluate and measure new and existing product features

• Develop and support the end-user testing of new features in order to facilitate the roll-out of a new feature/capability; collaborate closely with stakeholders and leaders to ensure deliverability and usability of our products and features.

• Drive a customer-focused environment committed to delivering the highest quality product to our customers
