What this role is really about

This is a product-led GTM role, not a marketing role and not a sales-support role.

Your job is to make Glance TV land well in the real world - across partners, geographies, devices, and user contexts. You’ll ensure what we build can actually be understood, adopted, demonstrated, measured, and scaled.

You won’t write launch docs. You’ll prototype the GTM itself - flows, demos, surfaces, levers, defaults, and partner-facing behaviors.

What you’ll do

Own product-led GTM for Glance TV across markets, partners, and platforms

•
Define how Glance TV shows up at first touch: defaults, entry points, discovery, and framing

•

Demo flows (what we show, in what order, and why)

•
Partner-facing experiences (OEMs, platforms, distribution)

•
Market-specific experience variants

Build and iterate GTM prototypes:

•
Work closely with BD, Partnerships, and Sales to convert product capability into clear value

•
Drive launch readiness without ceremony: experience quality, messaging clarity, instrumentation

•
Identify and remove GTM friction inside the product (confusing states, weak hooks, poor affordances)

•
Decide what not to launch when the experience isn’t ready

What you’re looking for

•
7–10+ years of product experience, with strong GTM or platform exposure

•
Proven ability to take products from “this works” to “this lands”

•
Sharp instinct for first impressions and framing

•
Comfort working across product, design, engineering, BD, and marketing

•
Strong judgment under ambiguity and external pressure

Experience launching products across multiple geographies or partners

Worked on platform, infra, or ecosystem products

Built demo-first or narrative-driven GTM motions

Strong intuition for large-screen or shared-surface experiences
