About the Team
• Founded by former Google DeepMind and Meta AI leaders.
• The team brings experience from Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Rothschild & Co, Aviva Investors, Visible Alpha, and Revolut.
• Fast growing team of 25+ people primarily based in London and an office in New York.
• You’ll be the first senior IC Product Manager reporting directly to the Head of Product
What you are expected to do
• Translate product strategy into a clear, user-centric roadmap, with a strong emphasis on UX and interaction design.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing by business value, user needs, and technical constraints and dependencies.
• Work closely with designers and engineers to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are clear, actionable, and aligned with user outcomes.
• Use data, research, and quantitative feedback to identify problems and scope solutions
• Translate business goals into measurable user outcomes and manage stakeholder expectations and alignment across product, design, engineering, and leadership.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to continuously improve user experience and product fit.
• Own end-to-end problem discovery and delivery, including instrumentation and observability using analytics tools like Amplitude.
• Maintain and champion a consistently high quality bar suitable for Tier 1 investment banks and asset managers, where “90% done” is not acceptable.
What you need to succeed
• 5–7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or UX-focused Product Owner (3+ considered if exceptionally strong) with a track record of owning and prioritizing complex product backlogs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in complex, data-heavy applications; high attention to detail.
• B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred; candidates with both B2B and B2C backgrounds will be considered if they demonstrate a very high quality bar
• Data-driven mindset with practical experience using product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude) to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate and justify product decisions, treadeoff and UX choices
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where you are expected to proactively identify problems and drive solutions.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with data-heavy, analytics, or AI-driven products and interfaces.
• Interest or background in fintech, financial services, or personal finance tools.
