As a Senior Product Manager for Brokerage, you'll enhance the platform that enables the world's largest fintechs to offer crypto services without the complexity of building their own infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Trading Excellence: Execute roadmaps for order management, execution optimization, and liquidity solutions that power billions in trading volume

• Optimize Performance: Use real-time data and analytics to continuously improve execution quality, reduce latency, and enhance trading efficiency

About you

• 6-8 years of Product Management experience with a passion for financial technology and market innovation

• Trading Acumen: Understanding of trading operations, market microstructure, and the mechanics of efficient execution

• Technical Collaboration: Comfortable working with engineering teams on complex, real-time trading systems

• Customer-Centric: Experience working with enterprise clients to understand and solve complex operational challenges

• Performance-Driven: Use data and analytics to optimize products that operate under strict performance and reliability requirements

• Mission-Driven: Excited about democratizing access to financial services and enabling financial inclusion

Bonus Points:

• Experience with crypto trading platforms or digital asset infrastructure

• Background in institutional trading or brokerage operations

• Understanding of market structure and regulatory frameworks

Pay and benefits

Paxos offers a competitive total compensation and benefits package, including equity and bonuses based on both your individual performance and company performance. Eligibility for bonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within the range depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.

Expected range for the base salary component for candidates located within the United States is:
$187,000—$220,000 USD
