Role Overview
LumiMeds is a high-growth telehealth platform building the next generation of virtual telehealth infrastructure. We move fast, tackle hard engineering and UX problems, and expect extreme ownership.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our e-commerce and clinical platforms. You will bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and seamless user experiences, ensuring our storefront, checkout, and clinical engines drive both business growth and patient health outcomes. We need a builder who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to architect a frictionless web-to-app pipeline that converts visitors and keeps users opening the app every single day.
Core Product Domains
• Consumer Mobile App Experience: Build highly engaging, daily-use mobile flows focused on long-term user retention, behavioral habit formation, and a premium B2C user experience.
• E-commerce & Conversion: Lead the strategy for high-conversion storefronts, complex product catalogs, and dynamic pricing engines.
• Patient Journey & EMR Integration: Ensure a frictionless transition from the e-commerce checkout to the clinical EMR and provider consultation flows.
• Subscription & Billing: Manage complex subscription billing models and financial integrity within a healthcare context.
• AI Product Features: Identifying opportunities to leverage LLMs to optimize workflows and automate clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Strategy: Own the end-to-end roadmap for the e-commerce, checkout, and mobile experience, balancing technical constraints with business goals.
• Execution & Delivery: Manage the product backlog, define clear user stories, and lead cross-functional teams through high-velocity development cycles.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with Lead and Senior Engineers to define API requirements and data models for scalable commerce systems.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze conversion funnels, subscription retention, and provider efficiency to prioritize high-impact features.
• Compliance & Trust: Ensure all product features maintain the highest standards of HIPAA and SOC2 compliance, particularly regarding payment data and PII.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of professional Product Management experience, specifically in e-commerce, fintech, or health-tech.
• The "Hook" Architect: Deep, proven experience designing highly engaging, consumer-facing flows for B2C mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing daily active use (DAU) and cohort retention metrics.
• Technical Depth: A strong understanding of modern web stacks (Next.js/Node.js), API design (REST/tRPC), and database structures to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
• Complex Systems Thinking: Proven experience managing intricate state machines, such as order fulfillment and subscription lifecycles.
• High Agency: Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make high-leverage decisions without constant supervision.
• Communication: Professional proficiency in English for high-quality technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
