Senior Product Manager – Client Management Platform

Trivelta is building a SaaS platform equipping sportsbook and casino providers to launch and run their gaming platforms. At the center of that platform is the Trivelta Client Management (TCM) system — the configuration and orchestration layer that brings together all of Trivelta’s products, integrations, and environments into a coherent, operable whole.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve this system. TCM enables clients to configure branding, features, providers, bonuses, payments, KYC, and more, and ultimately powers how operator experiences are created, updated, and deployed across markets.

This role owns the integration hub that connects the work of nearly every product and engineering team at Trivelta.

What You Will Be Responsible For

You will own the product definition and day-to-day execution for the Trivelta Client Management (TCM) platform.

That includes:

• Owning the vision and roadmap for a highly complex configuration and orchestration platform

• Designing systems that allow multiple product teams to integrate their capabilities into TCM in a consistent, scalable way

• Managing dependencies and prioritization across engineering, product, sales, and operations teams

• Working closely with engineers across multiple time zones to define standards, workflows, and interfaces

• Translating business, operational, and technical requirements into clear product specifications

• Evolving TCM from an internal, engineering-heavy configuration layer into an intuitive platform usable by account managers and, over time, by operators themselves

• Supporting the automation of client creation, environment provisioning, and application builds as part of the platform lifecycle

You will spend time in the details - configuration models, dependencies, rollout sequencing, and failure modes - because this system underpins everything else we ship.

How You Will Work

This is not a siloed platform role.

You will be:

• Embedded with your engineering team while managing dependencies across numerous teams

• Actively managing tradeoffs and sequencing across competing priorities

• Involved in release planning, rollout strategies, and change management

• Hands-on with QA, validation, and coordination for complex multi-team releases

• Proactive about identifying friction, duplication, and scalability risks in how teams integrate with TCM

You do not need to code, but you do need to understand system architecture and service boundaries well enough to guide decisions, enforce standards, and unblock teams.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager owning complex internal or platform products

• Proven ability to manage dependencies across many teams and stakeholders

• Strong systems thinking and comfort working with highly configurable, integration-heavy platforms

• Experience defining standards, interfaces, and operating models for other teams to build against

• Excellent communication skills across technical, commercial, and client-facing audiences

• Ability to balance short-term delivery needs with a long-term platform vision

Nice to have, but not required:

• Experience building internal tooling or client configuration platforms

• Background in iGaming, SaaS platforms, or infrastructure-adjacent products

• Experience evolving products from internal-only tools to customer-facing platforms

• Familiarity with service-oriented or modular platform architectures

TCM is the system that turns Trivelta’s capabilities into real, live operator experiences. When it works well, teams move faster, clients launch more easily, and the platform scales cleanly. When it does not, everything slows down.

This role exists to ensure that Trivelta’s configuration and orchestration layer evolves into a platform that is powerful, intuitive, and scalable — enabling both internal teams and clients to move quickly without breaking things.

You will have outsized influence on how the entire Trivelta platform operates and evolves.

Reporting & Team

You will report into the Head of Product and work day-to-day with engineering, QA, sales, account management, and, over time, Trivelta clients. The scope may evolve over time, but the expectation of ownership and hands-on execution will not.

This position is hybrid out of our HQ location in Boston near South Station.
