You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver high-impact, customer-facing features. The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable balancing short-term outcomes with long-term product vision in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core product domain, aligned with business objectives and user needs
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, from discovery and prioritization through execution, launch, and iteration
• Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs for agile delivery
• Use data and analytics to measure product performance, run experiments (A/B testing), and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data/analytics, operations, and marketing
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership
• Balance speed and quality while managing dependencies and competing priorities
• Mentor and support junior product managers and contribute to strong product and agile practices
Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2C, marketplace, e-commerce, food delivery, or similarly scaled consumer platforms
• Proven track record of delivering consumer-facing products end to end
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using SQL and analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or similar
• Solid understanding of agile product development, including sprint planning, backlog management, and user story definition
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, actionable product requirements
• Strong user-centric mindset, curiosity, and passion for experimentation
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments
Nice to Have
• Experience working on marketplace, logistics, last-mile delivery, or food-tech platforms
• Familiarity with OKRs, squad/tribe models, or product frameworks used in high-growth technology companies
• Exposure to experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing or multivariate testing at scale
• Experience working across multiple geographies or with distributed teams
