We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI Chat to lead the evolution of an AI-powered conversational assistant into a deeply intelligent, multimodal, and context-aware experience. This role owns the vision, strategy, and execution of Chat as the primary entry point for creation, productivity, and intelligent workflows across the platform.

You will shape how users think, create, and complete work through conversation—leveraging large language models, multimodal inputs, and smart routing to deliver seamless, intuitive experiences.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI Chat as the central creation and workflow hub
• Evolve Chat into a context-aware assistant that understands user intent, history, and goals
• Define how Chat intelligently routes users to the right tools, workflows, and experiences

AI, Multimodal & Conversational Experiences

• Partner closely with AI/ML, engineering, design, and research teams to deliver advanced conversational experiences
• Drive capabilities across text, images, documents, and multimodal inputs/outputs
• Shape the future of intent detection, memory, smart routing, and contextual recommendations

Experimentation & Growth

• Lead experiments to increase the number of users who begin creation journeys via Chat
• Influence homepage, dashboard, and core surface experiences to drive engagement
• Use data, insights, and research to balance accuracy, speed, delight, and user value

Platform Integration & Scale

• Unify Chat across all products and applications to deliver a cohesive, end-to-end creation journey
• Define success metrics and lead a pod toward outcomes such as depth of use, retention, session success, and cross-tool engagement

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with ownership of conversational, AI-driven, or workflow-centric products
• Hands-on experience building or scaling products powered by LLMs, multimodal AI, or intelligent automation
• Strong understanding of user intent, conversational UX, and human-AI interaction patterns
• Proven success building central experience layers such as assistants, hubs, routers, or search/chat interfaces
• Excellent instincts for chat UX including prompting, disambiguation, guidance, and user-controlled refinement
• Track record of delivering consumer-facing productivity or creation tools, ideally AI-enabled
• Highly analytical and experimental mindset with experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and behavioral modeling
• Strong cross-functional communication skills across engineering, design, AI research, and leadership

What Success Looks Like (First 180 Days)

0–30 Days – Learn & Align

• Deep understanding of Chat architecture, usage patterns, and user segments
• Align on platform vision and define core behavioral outcomes
• Build strong collaboration loops with AI, design, and engineering teams

30–90 Days – Define & Shape

• Establish a roadmap positioning Chat as the most intuitive starting point for creation
• Lead experiments across core surfaces to influence user intent
• Define requirements for multimodal inputs, memory, smart routing, and contextual assistance
• Prototype guided chat and task-oriented conversational flows

90–180 Days – Execute & Scale

• Launch multimodal capabilities (documents, images, PDFs) within Chat
• Roll out enhanced intent detection and routing across tools
• Improve session depth, retention, and follow-through
• Drive measurable increases in workflows initiated via Chat
