Senior Product Manager (AI, Billing and Monetization)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and execution of our billing system and monetization strategy for the AI business unit. This is a critical, high-impact role focused on building a seamless, scalable system that supports user growth and enterprise value.

Key responsibilities:

• Defining and driving the roadmap for billing and monetization.

• Deeply understanding business needs and setting and running pricing campaigns and experiments that support the roadmap and optimize for impact.

• Defining, communicating, and driving toward outcomes that align with the product vision and OKRs.

• Staying proactively aware of competitors and what is state-of-the-art in monetization strategies for AI.

• Working with central billing and payments, as well as sales enablement and revenue operations on the integration logic.

• Mentoring and participating in the broader JetBrains PM community.

In this role, you will:

• Identify and pursue key business opportunities (e.g. target markets, personas, and durable needs).

• Drive product vision, roadmap, and execution to achieve business outcomes.

• Set, socialize, and drive OKR completion.

• Collect, analyze, and action customer feedback to drive future improvements.

• Define, measure, and monitor product metrics to iterate toward user outcomes.

• Generate, prioritize, and test product hypotheses.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure products are launched, adopted, and used.

We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you:

• Have at least five years of experience in Product Management, specifically working on billing, payments, and monetization systems with demonstrable business impact.

• Have strong technical and data skills, and have honed them with the relevant billing and monetisation problems.

• Have great customer empathy and skill in gauging user needs and behaviours, setting and running monetization experiments, and driving trial-to-paid conversion.

• Have strong English written and verbal communication skills, and are able to influence senior stakeholders.

• Show great product sense in creating solutions that solve important customer pain points.

• Are excited about AI both technically and in user applications.

• Have hands-on experience working with AI development and data applications.
