WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Manychat is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead a dedicated squad building next-generation AI agents for creators and entrepreneurs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both exploration and execution: someone who loves working on brand new product ideas, testing quickly with users, and building toward scalable, long-term impact. You’ll help define how AI can unlock new ways for creators to grow their business, from early prototypes to products used by thousands.

We’re still early in our AI adoption journey. That means you’ll play a critical role in shaping what works, validating what doesn’t, and identifying where AI can make a meaningful difference. You’ll be part of a team pushing boundaries - but with the resources and reach of an established platform.

We’re looking for a creative, systems-minded builder with strong product sense, a deep understanding of AI models, and a passion for improving users' lives through technology.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own a cross-functional squad: Lead a team focused on delivering AI-driven solutions that help creators scale their businesses.

• Explore new opportunities: Partner with AI engineers and researchers to prototype and validate new agent-based features with real users.

• Define the roadmap: Identify where AI can add unique value. Set priorities, evaluate trade-offs, and make calls that balance experimentation with impact.

• Scale what works: Build the systems and processes to scale early wins into reliable, user-ready product experiences.

• Lead with customer and design focus: Understand creator workflows deeply. Partner closely with design to deliver intuitive and useful interfaces powered by AI.

• Stay close to the tech: Engage with model evaluations, understand AI constraints, and help push the quality and performance of the systems behind the scenes.

• Stay ahead of the curve: Be constantly curious about what’s new in the AI and LLM space — and know when to test, adopt, or skip.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years working on AI/ML or data-driven products.

• Proven ability to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and early testing to launch and iteration.

• Strong product judgment and prioritization skills - able to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.

• Deep familiarity with large language models, generative AI tools, and evaluation methods.

• User-first mindset: skilled at identifying the right problems to solve, and when AI is the right (or wrong) approach.

• Analytical fluency: experience with A/B testing, basic SQL, and working closely with data teams.

• Clear, confident communicator with an ability to rally cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset - you’re energized by learning new things, testing ideas, and making progress fast.
