We are hiring a Senior Product Engineer to design and deliver AI-enabled platform capabilities and internal/external products. This is not a traditional full-stack role. You will operate as an end-to-end owner, from problem discovery through production deployment, shaping how AI agents are embedded into enterprise-grade systems. You will work at the intersection of product, platform, and AI, helping define the next generation of AI-native engineering within the organization.

You Will:

• Own the full software development lifecycle for new platform capabilities and product features — from discovery and ideation through delivery, production deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, data, and integration layers, with clear boundaries and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders and customers to understand business problems deeply and translate them into pragmatic, production-grade solutions.
• Partner closely with the AI Research team to integrate, evaluate, iterate, and harden AI agents within platform capabilities.
• Embed product functionality into AI-enabled workflows, enabling consistent, reusable patterns for teams and products.
• Contribute to architecture decisions that support scalability, observability, security, and long-term platform evolution.
• Drive engineering excellence through automation, AI-assisted development, and strong DevEx practices.
• Operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving, product-driven environment, prioritizing outcomes over activity.

AI & Innovation Mindset:

• Strong interest in AI and AI-augmented engineering workflows and how agents reshape product capabilities and user workflows.
• Practical experience using AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) responsibly — with verification, security awareness, and quality control.
• Direct LLM/AI integration experience is beneficial but not required.

Preferred:

• Deep experience in product development and service-oriented architecture patterns.
• Experience with observability (logs/metrics/traces), production readiness, and incident-aware engineering.
• Experience building platform “paved roads”: shared libraries, templates, developer tooling, automation, and standard workflows.
• Experience with enterprise or regulated environments with strong security, quality, and release discipline.
• Experience with design systems, accessibility standards, and building consistent, reusable UI patterns at scale.

You Have (Required):

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex features or products end-to-end.
• Ability to operate in fast-growing, product-driven organizations, navigating ambiguity and structuring loosely defined problems.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript, building production-grade applications.
• Experience with modern frameworks (preferred Vue.js 3) and modern frontend architecture patterns.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Python preferred, but not required) and comfort working across frontend/backend boundaries.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), including data modeling and practical performance considerations.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs and integrations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting resilient cloud based system (e.g. AWS).
• Strong engineering fundamentals: clean architecture, maintainability, testing mindset, code reviews, and CI discipline.
