What You'll Do:
You will play a critical role in building and launching the next generation of products, owning development from concept to production across a global supplier network.
• Own end-to-end product development, from initial concept and product brief through to final specification approval and mass production readiness
• Partner closely with suppliers and prototyping partners to develop, test, and refine product designs and constructions
• Lead product testing across durability, ergonomics, and functionality, working with internal teams, suppliers, and global R&D where needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, category managers, and external partners to bring new products to market
• Drive continuous product innovation by exploring new materials, constructions, and design improvements
• Identify and implement material and design optimizations to improve both product performance and cost efficiency
• Own product cost calculations, balancing performance, quality, and margin requirements
• Maintain and govern all product documentation, including specifications, costings, and technical data sheets (TDS)
• Validate suppliers for mass production, oversee pilot/zero-batch runs, and ensure readiness for large-scale manufacturing
Who We're Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Materials Science, or related field.
• Proven experience of at least 7 years in new product development, ideally within consumer goods or sleep comfort industries.
• Strong knowledge of prototyping, product testing, and supplier collaboration.
• Expertise in cost analysis and material optimization.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience working across global teams.
• Detail-oriented, innovative, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality products.
