Position Summary:

As a Senior Product Developer at Twelve, you will translate creative concepts into high-quality, production-ready products for leading brands in the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle spaces. Working closely with internal creative teams and overseas factory partners, you will manage development from ideation through delivery, ensuring brand integrity, cost efficiency, and timely execution. You’ll play a key role on a fast-paced, globally distributed team bringing disruptive, on-brand experiences to life. 

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously across various seasons, clients, and price points 

Negotiate costing, MOQs, and production details for multi-SKU programs; experience sourcing outside of China is a plus 

Create and maintain detailed program schedules to ensure on-time delivery 

Serve as the primary liaison between creative teams and overseas factory partners to develop product and packaging concepts across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and retail categories 

Collaborate daily with creative teams to source products, materials, and fabrication processes for client deliverables 

Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand identity and guidelines to ensure consistency throughout the product development lifecycle 

Communicate clear, actionable instructions to design and factory partners through product decks, mockups, and spec sheets 

Apply strong project management skills and sound judgment to prioritize work, align cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with overseas partners 

Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills 

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of product development experience; accessories and/or merchandise preferred 

Proven experience in overseas product development and sourcing 

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and print techniques 

Ability to manage multiple programs concurrently in a fast-paced environment 

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership over large-scale programs

Willingness to work across time zones and outside standard business hours when needed due to international vendor partnerships

Salary: $85-$95k depending on experience
