• You make clear design decisions and stand behind them.

• You actively prioritize — and decide what not to build.

• You reduce complexity through structure, not explanations.

• You work with Product and Engineering as equals.

• You translate decisions into precise, executable designs.

• After decisions are made, you create clarity and stability in the system.

• you prefer to hedge decisions instead of owning them

• you only feel comfortable once everything is perfectly defined

• you avoid conflict or tension

Your requirements for the job:
• 3+ years of experience as a Product / UX Designer in B2B SaaS

• End-to-end ownership of a product or feature area

• High decision maturity under uncertainty

• Strong conceptual thinking and solid execution

• Experience working closely with engineers

• Very confident using Figma

• Excellent English
