About the Role

As a Product Designer at Thndr, you’ll craft intuitive, data-driven trading experiences that empower users to make confident financial decisions. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our mobile trading platform - where speed, clarity, and usability define success.

What You’ll Do

• Design seamless user journeys that simplify complex trading and investing actions.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to translate financial concepts into usable interfaces.

• Balance user needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements to deliver compliant yet user-first solutions.

• Conduct usability testing and research, iterate based on insights, and optimize designs for clarity and engagement.

• Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring visual consistency and scalability across the product.

• Create meaningful micro-interactions that enhance the user’s sense of flow and confidence while trading.

• Champion the trader’s mindset, helping the team think from a user’s perspective when building new features.

️ What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design - from research and ideation to shipped experiences.

• Hands-on experience with Design Systems and Tokenized Components.

• Exceptional eye for visual detail, interaction design, and usability.

• Proficiency in Figma for both design and prototyping.

• A data-informed mindset - you leverage insights to guide design decisions.

• A passion for making complex systems feel effortless and empowering users to take control of their finances.
