Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a  Senior Product Designer  to join our Mobile Design Team and contribute to the development of large-scale platforms used by global clients. 

This role is for a Senior Product Designer with strong visual skills and a solid product mindset, comfortable identifying, owning and driving solutions end to end. You’ll work through complexity, balance usability, clarity, and visual quality, and collaborate closely with product and engineering. You’ll play a key role in projects together with the BA, handling information architecture, prototyping, visual design, and overseeing implementation, turning messy, real-world processes into interfaces people can actually use.

Our team is pursuing the following industries (but not limited to): Professional Services, including Financial and Accounting applications; Digital Services: Human Resources, Logistics and Transportation, ESG, Waste Management. Our products are mostly mobile apps.

Requirements 

• A portfolio showcasing strong visual cases and artifacts that demonstrate the design process is required. (This may include competitor and user research, requirements analysis, user flows, journeys, personas, information architectures (IAs), usability testing outcomes, and more. We need the portfolio in advance; however, if subject to an NDA, you may present it during a call.)

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design

• Experience designing native mobile apps is a must  

• Prominent, good visual taste in UI design 

• Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders 

• Good ability to navigate constraints, including business logic, workflows, and system rules 

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and client 

• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems 

• Structured, self-organized approach to work 

• Knowledge of accessibility principles, research and problem solving 

Languages:

• English: at least Upper-Intermediate (B2, all of our clients speak English, and our designers often participate in conversations)

• Ukrainian: fluent spoken (daily verbal communication is required)

Nice-to-Haves 

• Experience in pre-sale and pitch activities 

• Experience in working on large-scale projects

• Previous experience mentoring or leading designers 

• Strong knowledge and practical use of AI tools in daily design work.

• Experience designing for Flutter and React Native applications.

Core Responsibilities 

• Participate in client-facing design activities, including requirement clarification, design discussions, and product vision  

• Design aesthetically-pleasing, user-centered solutions, considering real user goals and technical constraints 

• Own design delivery from discovery and concept to validation and development handoff 

• Work closely with developers and BSA to ensure alignment with system logic, workflows, and technical constraints 

• Drive product design processes, including user research, hypothesis validation, and concept development 

• Contribute to the design system and ensure design consistency across products and platforms 

• Clearly and professionally communicate design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders

• Participate in pitch and pre-sale activities
